The invitation
Senior pastors have no shortage of places to be taught. What they rarely have is a room where they can be honest — about the loneliness, about the questions nobody asks out loud, about what happens to everything they have built.
This retreat exists to close that gap. Two nights away from the pulpit, in a setting relaxed enough that people actually let their guard down.

The three days
Arrival from 9:00am on Thursday, first session at 12:00 noon. Departure Saturday between 11:00am and 12:00 noon.
01 — Thursday
Arrive and settle. Opening session at noon, a long lunch, an open afternoon, and dinner by the water.
02 — Friday
The full day. Teaching, honest peer conversation, personal mentoring time with Pastor Godman, and an evening that ends in laughter.
03 — Saturday
A closing session, a written commitment to carry home, and departure by midday.
